Digital Publishing Services
We offer digital publishing and content placement services for businesses in the DTF printing industry. These are digital services — no physical products are shipped.
When Refunds May Be Issued
Before service delivery: If you request a cancellation before your content has been published, we will issue a full refund.
Service not delivered: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service within the stated timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
Service not as described: If the delivered service does not match what was agreed upon at the time of purchase, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
When Refunds Will Not Be Issued
After service delivery: Once your content has been published and the service has been completed as agreed, refunds are not available.
Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the service has been delivered.
Affiliate Product Purchases
Some of our articles contain affiliate links to third-party retailers such as Amazon.com. If you purchase a product through one of these links, your transaction is directly with that retailer. All refunds, returns, and exchanges for these purchases must be handled directly with the retailer where the purchase was made.
